Executive Mayor: Clr. Playfair Morule would like to introduce newly appointed City Manager, Mr. Sandile Msibi. He brings with him vast experience and expertise within local government sphere and particularly in the Municipality. He is a former Municipal Manager of Dihlabeng Municipality in Bethlehem. During his tenure there, he has created structures to ensure accountability – measures, priorities and coaching to rectify lack of performance and service delivery. His career within local government sector started in Ngwathe Local Municipality in Parys where he developed and implemented local economic strategies. He ensured proper and diligent compliance with national, provincial and local legislations. It is believed that the knowledge and experience he is bringing to MLM will contribute positively towards the advancement of the people of MANGAUNG.
