The Municipal Health Services Division is involved in:


  • Facilitating the chemical and pesticide safety and providing advice, education and training to the community .

  • Presenting annual exhibitions in creating awareness of the misuse, dangers and storage methods of chemicals because of its wide spread use as source energy in communities.

  • The listing of all operators, formal and informal fumigation firms, retail premises dealing with the manufacturing, application, transport and storage of chemicals.

  • The permitting and auditing of premises.
