IDP/SDBIP Mid-Year Budget and Performance Assessment Report for the period July 2015 to December 2015
This report sets out performance against the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the mid-year period of 2015/16 financial year, i.e. July 01, to December 31, 2015. Performance is accounted based on the delivery of projects and/or services in the IDP and SDBIP for which the Mangaung Council is responsible. Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the mid-year period of 2015/16 financial year, i.e. July 01, to December 31, 2015, identifies 84 performance measures with key projects and/or services that had to be implemented during the financial year.
