Public Notice: MUNICIPAL PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE OVERSIGHT REPORT ON THE 2019/2020 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT
According to section 129 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, (Act no 56 of 2003) and section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal System Act, (Act No 32 of 2000), the accounting officer must make public an oversight report within seven (7) days of its adoption.
Notice is hereby given that the Oversight Report of Municipal Public Accounts Committee on the 2019/2020 Annual Performance Report for the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality was adopted by the Council on 31 August 2021.
The Oversight Report of Municipal Public Accounts Committee on the 2019/2020 Annual Performance Reports is available on our municipal website www.mangaung.co.za.
